I didn't search Robert put specifically. I was in the market for a home, did a quick Google search, more or less randomly called Century 21 and told them I needed a Realtor to buy a home. As luck would have it, I got connected with Robert. When I started looking for a home, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. We looked at several properties that I thought were for me, some of them an hour away from where I eventually bought. but in the end were not for me. Robert was patient, kind, and helped me dial in what was important to me in finding a home, and refine my searches. I did eventually find the perfect home for me, and when I look back at some of the homes we looked at toward the beginning, it makes me laugh, but Robert knows it's simply part of the process in finding your perfect match. When we did go under contract, Robert went above and beyond to answer my silly questions, collaborated professionally and skillfully with my lender, the selling agent and builder to ensure the process went smoothly and quickly. I can't say enough in this review to adequately express my gratitude for Robert's work in helping me close on the perfect home for me! When I had his attention, I felt like I was his only client and that's huge. Obviously, I'm not his only client, but to feel like I was, made me feel important and valued and that's something rare in this business. I wasn't in the market for a multi million dollar lake front property (I wish), but Robert made me feel like my modest home was that, and that's pretty awesome. There are plenty of Realtors out there who can competently get the transaction done, but buying a home requires more than competence. I closed on my home yesterday, and that's exciting, but I gained a friend in the process, and that means much more to me than a home purchase transaction.
